No, sorry, I wouldn't say that this is an animation, more like a movie that's traced over on some parts, and just movie other parts.
You are good skaters, but this isn't really something I would think is supposed to be on NG, would fit more on some skate site.

It's ok to use stick figures, but this one looked like it was a part of the board, the animation was ok.

try to get some music before you make a movie the next time you're making a movie.
And those electricity thingy was sucky, I have a tips for you, make the lines first, make them blue, convert them into fills, and soften the fill edges, and then paint the thing inside white.

all the movies were much better than mine :(
I really liked diamondz movie, it had such a nice simplistic cartoony style, I also liked and_the_magicians movie.

the animation, was pretty confusing, and the cars and weapon drawings was way better than the character. and the ending was way to short.

This movie looks traced, looks like you had some videos and just drew over it, 'cause I've seen those tricks before, with the same camera angle and all.

It looks like you used some time on this, but why did you use so much time on something like this. It looks like you have some fbf skills, so why don't you make a movie with a plot?
